Terms and Conditions – MyFurTag

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via myfurtag.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Our Offer

MyFurTag sells personalized tags (necklace pendants) with your pet's photo and name. Each product is custom-made upon receipt of your order and photo.

3. Order and Payment

Orders are accepted after full payment. All prices are stated in euros (EUR). We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

As our products are custom-made, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 business days for the EU and 14 to 28 business days for the rest of the world. These terms are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or external shipping parties.

5. Personalized Products and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personalized. All MyFurTag tags are custom-made with your pet's photo and name and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Liability

MyFurTag is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

7. Customs Fees

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country are outside our responsibility and are for the buyer's account. Customers outside the EU may face additional customs fees upon receipt.

8. Complaints

For complaints about your order, please contact us via myfurtag09@gmail.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

10. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
