When placing an order, we collect the following data:

• Name and email address
• Delivery address
• Payment details (processed via Shopify Payments – we do not store card details)
• Photo of your pet
• Name of your pet

2. What do we use your data for?

• To process and deliver your order
• To keep you informed about the status of your order
• To comply with legal obligations

3. How long do we store your data?

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary, or as long as legally required (maximum 7 years for accounting data).

4. With whom do we share your data?

Your data is exclusively shared with:

• Our supplier in China for the production of your personalized tag
• Shopify Inc., which technically manages our webshop
• Delivery services for the delivery of your order

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your rights (AVG/GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of data, and to object to processing. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority: www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
