Return Policy – MyFurTag

Personalized Products – No Returns Possible
All MyFurTag products are personalized with your pet's photo and name. In accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to such products. This means that you cannot return or cancel a personalized tag once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via myfurtag09@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the issue. We will discuss and find an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived after 45 working days, please contact us. We will investigate the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Customs Fees
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country are beyond our responsibility and are for the account of the buyer. This applies in particular to customers outside the EU.
